United Way of the Eastern Upper Peninsula  "Advances the common good " by focusing on education, income and health.  These are the building blocks for a good life - a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health. 

Our goal is to create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place.  Working together we can accomplish things that no organization, no individual and no government can accomplish on its own.  Think differently about partnerships and set aside special interests to make real progress.  Collaborate across all sectors - big business, small business, elected officials, nonprofits, academia, the faith community, the labor movement, the media, parents and neighbors.
